Natural winemakers, like California's
Broc Cellars, are doing the
absolute bare minimum 
intervention in the growth and vinification
of these wines. Nothing added.
Nothing removed.
This means going further than organic,
or even biodynamic. 

Natural wines come in all forms. 
Long skin contact orange,
sparkling, chilled reds, and
bold white and red wines. 
No sulphur is added in the 
bottling process. 
No fining or filtration.
These wines taste as fresh
as possible, showing wine's
living characteristics.
